A Kraftwerk player from YouTube loaded with Tour de France and other relevant Kraftwerk videos.

Kraftwerk sound combines driving, repetitive rhythms with catchy melodies, mainly following a Western classical style of harmony, with a minimalistic and strictly electronic instrumentation. Being influenced by Karlheinz Stockhausen, the minimalism and non-R&B rhythms of the Velvet Underground and other radicals of the time, such as Frank Zappa, Jimi Hendrix, and the hyper Stooges. The Beach Boys also had a huge influence. They made music that sounded like California and Kraftwerk made music that sounded like Germany.

With albums like Radio-Activity, Trans-Europe Express and The Man-Machine all released in the 70īs they critically and commercially had great success. They are still around and have lately released (2005) its first official live album titled Minimum-Maximum. Listen and look at Tour de France by Kraftwerk and other relevant Kraftwerk videos from YouTube.

One of the ideas with Alm 2010 is to present enough subjective news to make Alm 2010 objective. A Multi-Subjective news site!? Alm 2010 is a non-commercial site and if you do not want me to publish something specific just tell me. I hope 2009 will be good for us.
