Alm 2010

Throughout periods of changes, which is just about all the time for a good organization, leaders need to concentrate on having their people go from change avoidance to change acceptance. There are five steps accompanying change (Conner, 1993):

Denial - cannot foresee any major changes

Anger at others for what they're putting me through

Bargaining - work out solutions, keep everyone happy

Depression - is it worth it? doubt, need support

Acceptance - the reality

To do no evil; To cultivate good; To purify one's mind: This is the teaching of the Buddhas.

  If you are interested in which music videos other people look at then have a look at this Zapper. Play around with it and zap between the different videos by clicking on the images. There are news in the form of a video from Sky News, Fox News, Fox Business, Reuters, BusinessCenter, MarketWatch, The Economist, BusinessWeek, AP ...   This is an event gadget within Google Friend Connect. It has a map and calendar function and works with mrss feeds. You can easily create this gadget but you have to decide upon an event first. Maybe a birthday party or something.
