Marshall Bruce Mathers III known by his primary stage name Eminem, or by his alter-ego Slim Shady, quickly gained popularity in 1999 with his major-label debut album The Slim Shady LP. The following album, The Marshall Mathers LP, became the fastest-selling hip hop album in history. The Eminem Show was released in 2002 and Encore in 2004. In 2008, the readers of Vibe Magazine voted him "The Best Rapper Alive". In the first quarter of 2009 Eminem is supposed to release his new album, titled Relapse. I am looking forward.

Daft Punk is an electronic music duo consisting of French musicians Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter. The duo is considered one of the most successful electronic music collaborations of all time, both in album sales and in critical acclaim. The duo signed with Virgin Records in 1996 and continued to work on tracks for their debut album Homework, released in 1997. Their second album, Discovery, was released in 2001. Production was simultaneously underway for Interstella 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem, an animated film featuring the album as its soundtrack. Daft Punk collaborated with Leiji Matsumoto, who served as visual supervisor. The duo's third studio album, Human After All, was released in 2005.

The liner notes of Homework pay tribute to a large number of musical artists and contains a quote from Brian Wilson. Bangalter expressed that "In Brian Wilson's music you could really feel the beauty - it was very spiritual. Like Bob Marley, too." When questioned on the success of Daft Punk's debut album and rising popularity of their associated musical genre, Bangalter responded, "before us you had Frankie Knuckles or Juan Atkins and so on. The least you can do is pay respect to those who are not known and who have influenced people."

Prediction for 2009: "Honesty will pay and Trust is a good investment." Me.

2008 has created a solid foundation for my prediction. It was a year that marks the end of a long period of the opposite.

Honesty implies a refusal to lie, steal or deceive in any way

Trust is an act where you accept the reliance on the integrity, ability and surety of a person or thing

I was playing around a little bit with The Google Chart API. It lets you dynamically generate charts and works very fine. I tried to make a Logotype for my company using the Pie Chart parameters. This is how my LogoPie looks as an image.
